PUBLIC AREA RENOVATIONS
Ruscitto Latham Blanton served as the prime design professional and Architect of Record for the 28,000 square foot renovation and addition to the existing public space areas at the Little America Hotel on Main Street in Salt Lake City. The project included a comprehensive remodel to the entire Main Street façade including a new Main Street pedestrian entrance, a new exterior dining terrace with large water feature, and new site work and landscaping for the hotel facility. The renovations also include a re-imagined lobby lounge, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and several retail outlets.
BALLROOM AND MEETING ROOM REMODEL RENOVATIONS
Ruscitto Latham Blanton served as the prime design professional and Architect of Record for the 30,000 square foot remodel and renovation to the existing ballrooms, state rooms, and meeting rooms on the main level of the hotel as well as the remodel of three new meeting rooms and three existing meeting rooms on the second level of the hotel.
TOWER GUEST ROOMS
Ruscitto Latham Blanton served as the Architect of Record for the renovation of 356 standard guest rooms as well as the remodeling of four junior suites located on the penthouse level.
